  5. hello for everybody , if you want to get the abs muscle , you can to eat 5 meals in the day and division your calories in 5 meals and train stomach exercise with machine or selves but when you wakeup in morning before you take a breakfast training 30-45 minute abs exercise and believe me , dont eat the restaurant food just make it in house , and for your question , reverse upright rows your hands behind you and grap the barbell and rise it that is , my regards , sorry when my english is not good couse im trainer in iraq , good luck for everybody

  7. There are plenty of websites and books and magazines that will describe in detail how to do each of those exercises.  I recommend Arnold Swarzennegers Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding for the beginning body builder.

  14. This sounds like a nice workout right here, will practice it. Sometimes I think I should become an IFBB Pro myself since I have been wanting to do this since I was 7. I got nothing to lose I guess. Thanks for the Exercise recommendations and the days.

  16. Excellent workout and very sensible. There is such a huge difference in the training mentalities between pros, for example Yates did so many less sets and less reps/more weight whereas Haney did many more sets and many more reps. I first saw the workout at http://www.bodybuildingapplied.com/ and did try it for a while but found that I needed to choose 3 or 4 exercises that worked best for me and not all of them as outlined above. Bodybuilding is about finding what works best for you. The workout examples of the pros are a great lead! Thank you.
