  5. hello for everybody , if you want to get the abs muscle , you can to eat 5 meals in the day and division your calories in 5 meals and train stomach exercise with machine or selves but when you wakeup in morning before you take a breakfast training 30-45 minute abs exercise and believe me , dont eat the restaurant food just make it in house , and for your question , reverse upright rows your hands behind you and grap the barbell and rise it that is , my regards , sorry when my english is not good couse im trainer in iraq , good luck for everybody
