Hey Sagar & Andy you two need to stop giving advice and start taking some… It’s called train like a legend not train like an amateur. Arnie knows what he is talking about
There’s no way you could determine from the information given whether this constitutes overtraining or not. Yes, high-intensity anaerobic training demands brief workouts. However, Dr. Cooper determined that minimum of ten minutes was required to stimulate aerobic fibre growth. Anaerobic training may result in the greatest discernable growth, but that doesn’t mean the aerobic fibres should be overlooked; compare Arnold’s blood vessel size to Mentzer’s for instance.
Reducing the time between sets reduces the anaerobic intensity of an exercise, and consequently the risk of overtraining.
Hi.Happy new year to all my gym friends.I train 5 days per week and still growing.I just train till my body cant take anymore, then I rest for two days. When I go back to the Gym my weights are up and I feel so glad for the rest.Your body will control the way you train.Eat right, sleep tight and you will make it.Good luck.Train hard.Take care.G Mann

I agree MD. Everybody is different and one training routine for one person may be nothing, but for sagar and andy it will be overtraining.

it doesn’t matter if Arnold s routine is over training or not, the important is the result!

A muscle should work at lest twice a week if u want to make it bigger. Once in a week wont make it bigger.
