IFBB Pro Rule 4.5.4 allows that, if the top 3 finalists are already qualified for the Olympia (as is the case at this event), the 4th-place finalist will also qualify provided he or she is not already qualified, in which case no other athletes will qualify. Krissy Chin is already qualified.
