Darem Charles also has great conditioning and a beautiful upper body but the legs lack the full developement above the knee and below the knee. Thigh sweep does not look better than the properly developed tear drop the knee. Look at the greatest legs ever, those of Dorian Yates and compare. In fact too much genetic thigh sweep detracts from athetics and makes the upper torso look smaller. An overdeveloped rearend also detracts just like to thick of a gut. Conditioning is not the greatest factor which is what Dexter won on. Take his photo minus the arms and shoulder mass and what is really left. There is not one other body part on him that is good enough to beat the next six. Everytime I look at the pics and videos I am shocked. I don’t care how long he’s been at it, “deserving it” because of effort is crap. That’s what Participation Awards are for.

In my opinion. Dexter just does not have great genetics. Lats that end half way down his torso. Small ribcage so he just dissapears when he raises his arms. Looks great when standing relaxed with shoulders and arms that are overwhelming. Legs just average and poor calves to boot. Jay may look boxey but his legs are in balance with his arms. Thick gut and ass are unappealing though. Phil Heath has great muscle but also narrow bone structure in shoulders and rib cage. Dennis wolf however has the epitome of the great bone structure, great shoulder width and huge ribcage, huge arms, great waist, poor calves. Dennis may be the best the sport has scene in athstetics, hands down. If Coleman and dexter can take it with below average calves then this should not be a delemna for wolf. The Weiders should be ashamed as well as the judges.

dex derserves this one..his in the sport long enough to take the olympia..but watch out for my man VICTOR MARTINEZ next yr..will be the next champ..no doubt…

Finally Dex won it all. Jay didn’t deserve 2nd place , he was in a bad shape. Personally i think that this Olympia wasn’t at a high level , at least wat were used to . Anyway Dex , congrats!

judges are blind jonnie jackson is no way 12th i see him in top 5 he never gets his due.

Jay’s stomach looked good butas a complete package he is not the same compared to \
prior years.

Dareem is top 5 being such a longer limbed competiter his package is complete if mass wasnt at the heart of the judges criteria .

Heath looked excellent could take is next year

i liked david henry he has looked better in the past but was far from 15 i think he should of placd in top 10 at the very least
