CONTEST RULES
1. The "Contest" is open to all visitors to www.IFBBPRO.com who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. The Contest begins on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, 12:00pm PDT and ends on Saturday, September 27, 2008, 7:00pm PDT. Only entries submitted during this period will be accepted.
3. The submission of the online entry form constitutes an "entry". Only online entries will be accepted.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person.
5. An entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Multiple entries by the same person or from the same e-mail address or from the same person from different e-mail addresses shall result in disqualification.
6. Illegible entries are ineligible.
7. Unintelligible, incomplete, late or garbled entries will be disqualified.
8. Each entrant must provide a valid first and last name and e-mail address on the entry form. IFBBPRO.com will solicit contact and other information from the winning entrants.
9. All entries become the property of IFBBPRO.com.
10. The first-place winner is the first entrant by date/time to correctly place [in the order 1st to 6th] the top 6 finalists at the Mr. Olympia competition, being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, Saturday, September 27, 2008, 7:00pm. The second- and third-place winners are the second and third entrants by date/time to correctly place [in the order 1st to 6th] the top 6 finalists at the Mr. Olympia competition.
11. The winners will be notified by e-mail and will be announced/published on www.IFBBPRO.com. If a winner, for whatever reason, fails to respond within 48 hours of the date/time of notification, he/she will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.
12. At the sole discretion of IFBBPRO.com, the selected winners may be required to sign an agreement and release form before being awarded their prizes.
13. Prizes are as advertised on this page and must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
14. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
15. By entering the Contest, each entrant: (a) releases and holds harmless IFBBPRO.com and its administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or participating in any prize-related activity; and (b) agrees to fully indemnify IFBBPRO.com and its administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.
16. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may be requested to provide IFBBPRO.com with proof that they are the authorized account holder of an e-mail address associated with the winning entries.
17. All personal information submitted by entrants will remain confidential except as detailed in these rules.
18. The name on the entry form is the only person who can use the tickets. IFBBPRO.com may require the winning entrants to provide photo ID (e.g. copy of passport photo ID page). Tickets will only be released to the winning entrants.
19. Results will be published online at www.IFBBPRO.com at a date/time to be determined by IFBBPRO.com; however, in any event, no later than 21 days after Contest closure.
20. IFBBPRO.com reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary to ensure the validity and integrity of all entries.
21. The method of delivery of the tickets to the winning entrants will be as decided by IFBBPRO.com.
22. Winning entrants must take possession of their tickets no later than 4:00pm PDT on the Thursday immediately preceding the 2009 Mr. Olympia, failing which the unclaimed tickets will become the property of IFBBPRO.com.
23. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Any attempt at manipulation or gaming of the rules will result in immediate disqualification.
24. These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice to comply with any applicable state or federal law.
25. IFBBPRO.com reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
