		<description>This article and the carb cycling article was very helpful Mr. Aceto.&#160; 
However, I am forced to work out early in the morning around 530 and do a lot of cardio for the army, I am wondering if substituting a pre-workout shake ( such as superpump 250) sufficient enough to help me thru my workout, or do I need to wake my ass up at 3 in the morning to make a protein shake???&#160; I am farely new to bodybuilding and i have so many questions???&#160;&#160; Thanks again!</description>

Large amount of protein is tough to digest. So, You have to take a enzyme tablet after two protein packed meal. You dont have to take enzyme tablet after drinking Whey protein as it is a fast acting protein and digestion is easier.</description>
