		<description>You must consume more calories than you burn off each day you must eay more carbs proteins and fats a great place to start would be to eat more red meat everyday tiy also sgould eat
every 3-4 hours including the last hour before bed and be sure not to do too much cardio or too many sets or workouts per week as these all burn up calories that could be added as bodyweight i suggest you eat a good 500+ more calories per day than you need to maintain your current weight and if you are not gaining a good pound per week increase by another 500 calories. i wish you the best of luck and all the patience you&#039;ll need because this takes time my friend....</description>
