I just want to know what can I do at the age of 39 years old to start losing weight in my abdominal area and to put on lean muscle. I would like to get my waist size down to either a size 30 or 32 because I am almost at a size 40 waist. I would also like to meet you in person the next time you are come to Tampa, FL.

I am so proud of my cousin Chris. He is not just an outstanding bodybuilder, he is also an outstanding person. The bodybuilding world and all of mankind is a better place because of the life and times of my cousin Chris Dickerson.
