I'm currently writing a paper for a class I have here at the University of Hawaii on the NPC. I was wondering if the NPC has a mission statement and vision. It is part of the paper requirements, but I'd assume if there wasn't a mission statement or vision, then including it in my paper wouldn't be necessary.
