Heard that Wong Hong took a couple of years off to work on his definition etc and is looking amazing. A good friend of mine saw him at a function in Malaysia a few weeks ago.

Moe Elmoussawi and Lionel Beyeke are out, Wong Hong is in.

Tony Doherty said on website form to add Kiwi Grant Pieterse to the list, he promises to have stepped up enormously from last year when he made his pro debut!

You need to add Ivan Sadek, he is 100% in the show. He is rapt the way that he has come in the last 4 weeks and is ready to rock. Ivan only just missed out on qualifying for Mr Olympia last year in his first ever pro show. So lets get behind Aussie Ivan.
