The best bodybuilder on stage at the 2009 mr Olypmia was Dexter Jackson. The judges criteria changes from one to the next. Blocky physique vs the ultimate Aesthetic physique. It’s a case of apples and oranges. Throw in a banana (Branch Warren)and you mix up the fruit bowl.
