    Instructions
  1. From the left-hand CALLOUT drop-down menu box, select from the list the competitor you wish to appear on the left side of the page.
  2. From the right-hand CALLOUT drop-down menu box, select from the list the competitor you wish to appear on the right side of the page.
  3. From the POSE drop-down menu, select any one of eight mandatory poses.
  4. Press the "CALLOUT" button. The two selected competitors will appear side-by-side in the selected pose.
  5. To continue, you may select other mandatory poses for these two competitors, or select one or two new competitors and a different pose.
  6. After every competitor selection, or mandatory pose selection, you must press the "CALLOUT" button to view the new callout.
  7. If you wish to see all eight mandatory poses by a particular competitor, select the competitor from the VIEW ALL POSES drop-down menu box
    and press the "VIEW ALL POSES " button.
  8. Above all else, HAVE FUN!

  3. Great shots by Isaac Hinds! Even though “a picture is worth a thousand words”, I know that photographs don’t always tell the whole truth. But what the heck, this was fun! Next time, I’d like the ability to callout three competitors at the same time. Congratulations to IFBBPRO.com for this bit of fun.

  5. I FEEL DEXTER TIME HAD COME. JAY WAS JUST TO SMOOTH AND BULKEY AND THE BLADE WAS STREAM LINE, AND CUT UP PERFECTLY. CONGRADULATIONS TO THE BLADE…

  6. Congrats to Dex and all other competitors. I have to say though that I don’t feel Dex knocked Jay out. Dex is 10 lbs heavier than last year but still really doesn’t look much different. Dex had more detail in the back shots, jay had more in the legs and beat his side chest as well. Either way Dex will be a one year champ since because one of two things will happen in 2009. one…jay will come back and win with insane conditioning and less size or two….phil heath takes the crown.

  13. jay is ahead on every body-part. dexter scores only on smallness of the waist. you cvan’t penalize a man for having a wide waist !

  20. There were at least three men much better than Jay Cutler : Dexter, Dennis and Phil. Cutler’s second place was scandal. Bodybuilding is not only about muscle size but also body shape.
